Our Commitment
Big Shot Data (3TAI LLC) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually work to improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards to our website and services.
Conformance Standards
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
Accessibility Measures
We have taken the following measures to ensure the accessibility of Big Shot Data:
- Semantic HTML: We use proper heading hierarchy, landmark regions, and ARIA attributes where appropriate.
- Keyboard navigation: All interactive elements are accessible via keyboard. Focus indicators are visible on all focusable elements.
- Color contrast: Text and interactive elements meet WCAG 2.1 AA minimum contrast ratios.
- Responsive design: Our site is designed to work across screen sizes and supports text resizing up to 200% without loss of content.
- Reduced motion: We respect the
prefers-reduced-motionsetting and disable animations for users who prefer reduced motion. - Form labels: All form inputs include visible labels and descriptive placeholder text.
- Alt text: Decorative images are marked as such. Informative images include descriptive alternative text.
Known Limitations
While we strive for comprehensive accessibility, some areas may have limitations:
- PDF report downloads: Generated PDF reports may not be fully screen-reader compatible. The same report content is available in accessible HTML format in your dashboard.
- Third-party content: The Stripe checkout page is managed by Stripe and governed by their accessibility practices.
- Data visualizations: Charts and score gauges include text equivalents, but the visual representations may not be fully accessible to all assistive technologies.
